	Anger management is a big problem for many people, and apparently, I’m among them. I’m not saying that I can’t handle myself when I’m angry, but it’s just too much especially if you have other things that you need to take care of, and one of the most affect is my work, so I needed to find a way to control my anger so as to continue being efficient in what I have to do for a living.
